We are committed to delivering high quality bicycles that meet your high expectations. Nevertheless, if you are having second thoughts or you feel that the item you just received doesn’t live up to Voodoo’s mythical name, please read the following terms and conditions.

In order to avoid unnecessary waste of natural resources, please choose carefully before making a purchase.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

You may cancel an order provided that the items have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order please log into your PayPal account and cancel the payment.

 

RETURNING PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM A VOODOO DEALER

When buying a Voodoo bicycle from a Voodoo Dealer, please check their cancellation and return policy. Conditions may vary depending on dealer and territory.

 

RETURNING PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO YOU

When purchasing from this website, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also provide a proof of purchase.

We will inform you about your eligibility to return the item to us. Please do not send back any item without our prior confirmation. This online confirmation is just a previous step to minimize the risks of rejection upon physical inspection and does not imply that the refund is accepted. Voodoo Cycles keeps the right to reject the refund upon physical inspection of the item.

Shipping returns

Once we have accepted you to ship back the item to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Once we have inspected the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will refund your money back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that any additional costs incurred during the purchasing and returning process will not be refunded. These include, but are not limited to: shipping costs, bank fees and customs duties.

Non-refundable items

Reclamations made after 14 days since the reception of the item.

Reclamations made without a proof of purchase.

Returns received in used, damaged or worn condition.

Returns received without their original packaging.

Items on sale are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

We do not have an exchange program. Items can only be replaced with the same item after a successful warranty claim.

 

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please carefully inspect the packaging upon delivery of your order. If the packaging is damaged in a way that it could have affected the products inside, please report it to the delivery company as soon as possible. Take photos of the damaged area(s) and send them to us and we will help you to evaluate the possible damage to the product.

 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Voodoo Cycles offers the possibility of custom bicycle builds on some models. Due to the nature of customization, such bicycles are non-returnable and therefore are not covered by any and all of the foregoing policies.

Custom bicycles are warrantied against manufacturing defects. Please consult our warranty terms for more information.
